Creating Tasks in Things Based on Your Notes

Looking for a decent productivity app, you’ve probably met Things - one of the best known to-do apps for macOS. It provides not only simple tasks, but also checklists (subtasks) and allows you to write markdown-formatted task description.

Using Apple Shortcuts, SideNotes can be easily integrated with Things. We've created a shortcut that converts an active SideNotes note into a task in Things.

Note title (the first line) becomes the task name, and note content becomes the description. If you have any tasks in your note, they are converted to subtasks (checklist).
