How we work
We build the apps we want to use.
Every product begins with a problem we have experienced ourselves. We build a solution, refine it, and make it useful to other people too.
A clear purpose
Every app begins with a problem we have encountered ourselves. We build the tool we wish existed and keep it focused on doing that job well.
Native and polished
We build exclusively with Apple's native frameworks, including SwiftUI, AppKit, and UIKit. This helps every app look and behave at home on its platform.
Private by design
We do not collect personal data or have access to the information you keep in our apps. It stays on your devices or in your private iCloud account.
Fair pricing
We prefer the old-fashioned way: pay once for a major version and keep it. We consider subscriptions only when they genuinely make sense for the product.

One icon started a collaboration lasting over 20 years.
In 2004, Marcin organized an icon competition for a Linux calendar he was making for school students. Paweł won. That first icon led to more projects and, eventually, Apptorium.
Small by choice
A small team with a long history.
Marcin and Paweł first worked together in 2004. Today, they build Apptorium remotely from Zielona Góra and Poznań — Marcin creating and designing the products, Paweł shaping their visual character.
Marcin Krzywonos
Marcin started programming at 12 and today creates and designs Apptorium’s apps. Outside work, he is a husband and father of four who enjoys running, reading, music, playing the piano, and good coffee. Whenever he and Paweł meet in person, yerba mate is usually part of the day.
Paweł Krupski
Paweł has been interested in visual design since childhood, especially where it meets technology. At Apptorium he creates icons and interface concepts and keeps the studio’s visual language consistent. Outside work, he co-organizes Światłodźwięki, an audiovisual arts festival, occasionally performs as a visual artist, and enjoys running and yerba mate.
