How to Quickly Add a New Resource?

Most users open workspace editor by opening Search window and clicking Edit button. It works fine but it's not convenient.

A much more efficient way is to simply drag a file (or website address) onto Workspaces icon in the Menubar. The editor opens immediiately and then you can just drop the file into the workspace.
