How to Add Resources Right from the Pasteboard?

If you have a folder, a file, a website address or an application in your Pasteboard, you can add it to your workspace by simply pressing ⌘V.

Alternatively, you can press + button and you will get the resource suggestion in the beginning of the list. If you have a folder in your Pasteboard, you'll also find suggestion for Terminal.
