AddResources allows to add resources to a workspace by getting the currently open apps, tabs in Safari or Chrome, or folders open in Finder. It's great for saving state of your browser and/or Finder to quickly launch them.
This plugin adds new commands to the Search window. That means you don't add the plugin to your workspace, but you use the commands to add new things to your workspace. You just type a command in the Search window.
Installation is the same as for every plugin. You can read more about that in Plugins article.
The plugin requires macOS 10.15 or newer.
To add resources, type one of the following commands:
|What the command does
|This will allow you to add any or all of the currently open applications.
|This will allow you to add any or all of the currently open tabs in Safari.
|This will allow you to add any or all of the currently open tabs in Chrome.
|This will allow you to add any or all of the currently open tabs in Finder.
You'll get a window with list of found apps, websites or directories. You can choose the workspace to add the new resources. The workspace currently highlighted will be automatically selected. You can also choose to create a new workspace.
