How to Fold a Note?

Your note list fills up quickly, and when every note shows its full content, you can barely see a few at once. Folding notes lets you collapse any note to show only its first line — so you can scan your list at a glance.

To fold a note, click the gear icon at the bottom and choose Fold. Or just double-click the bottom bar of the note — it's quicker than you think.

When folded, the note collapses to its first line. Double-click the bottom bar again or choose Unfold from the same menu to expand it. You can also use keyboard shortcuts: ⌥⌘← to fold, ⌥⌘→ to unfold.

Folding All Notes at Once

If you want to fold every note in a folder, click the ... button at the bottom left of the app and choose Fold All.

The shortcut is ⇧⌘⌥← for folding all and ⇧⌘⌥→ to unfold all.

Note folding is a simple way to reduce clutter and stay focused on what matters — without deleting a single note.
